Dubai’s Trump Tower to be built by Dar Global and the Trump Organization.

Trump Tower Dubai is slated to open in 2025, thanks to a collaboration between Dar Global, the international development branch of Saudi Arabia’s publicly traded Dar Al Arkan, and the Trump Organization. While Dar Global’s statement confirmed the property would be in a prime area of Dubai, it did not specify the exact location.

The location and design details are expected to be revealed by the end of 2024, but the project’s cost remains undisclosed. This development marks the third collaboration between Dar Global and the Trump Organization.

Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, expressed pride in expanding their presence in the region with the launch of Trump Tower Dubai, in partnership with the esteemed luxury developer Dar Global.

The statement also mentioned that the property would include the Trump Hotel Dubai, along with branded residential units featuring top-notch amenities and services. Additionally, The Trump Private, an exclusive members-only club, will be introduced on the premises.

Ziad El Chaar, Chief Executive Officer of Dar Global, described the launch of Trump Tower Dubai as a significant addition to Dubai’s luxury market and Dar Global’s esteemed hospitality and residential portfolio. He emphasized that this unique luxury project would bolster their record of creating bespoke landmark properties and contribute to enhancing Dubai’s skyline, reinforcing the city’s status as a global beacon of excellence and sophistication. El Chaar highlighted that Trump Tower Dubai would redefine luxury living in the city and attract an international audience.

Last month, Dar Global inaugurated the $500 million Trump International Resort, Golf Club, and Residences at their Aida project in Oman. Currently, Dar Global, listed on the London Stock Exchange, is managing projects worth $5.9 billion across six countries: the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Bosnia. Previously, in 2005, Nakheel and the Trump Organization announced the Palm Trump International Hotel and Tower on Palm Jumeirah, but the project was never completed.
