Ginco Properties, a UAE-based company, has introduced its flagship project, One Residence, located in Downtown Dubai, with a construction cost of AED 1.2 billion ($327 million).
Ginco announced the project and revealed that renowned architect Brad Wilkins, who has designed notable projects in Singapore, China, and the United States, including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the Pearl River Tower in China, has created a style marvel at One Residence. This project is strategically situated in the center of Downtown Dubai.
Wilkins, known for constructing some of the most iconic skyscrapers globally, expressed his excitement about returning to build another landmark in Downtown Dubai.
Ginco highlighted that One Residence is positioned near some of Dubai’s finest dining and shopping establishments. With 453 luxurious residences spread across 30 stories, it offers various living configurations to suit different lifestyles.
Each apartment, ranging from opulent penthouses to cozy studios and one- and two-bedroom units, is meticulously designed with premium materials and offers expansive panoramic views of the city skyline.
Ginco has chosen One Broker Group (OBG), a reputable real estate firm specializing in upscale residential properties in the UAE, as the exclusive sales partner for One Residence. OBG has introduced a competitive pricing strategy for the highly sought-after apartments, starting from AED 1.2 million, with an appealing 50:50 payment plan.
Urban Properties, a well-known name in UAE real estate, will oversee the development of One Residence. With two decades of experience in seamless collaboration, careful planning, and execution, Urban Properties will lead the project.
